Return, Refund and Replacement Policy:
At DeeMee’S, we consistently strive to offer you the best customer experience. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us directly.
Please note that return, refund or replacement is only available in the following situations:
- You received a wrong shipment
- You received an expired product
If you find yourself in any of the aforementioned situations, kindly submit a request for return, refund or replacement within four days from the date of receiving the product. To initiate a refund, return or replacement under such circumstances, please reach out to us via email at [email protected]
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or consider any claims beyond the four-day period following the product’s delivery.
We ask for your patience as we take up to 48 hours to review your request. Once approved, we’ll coordinate a reverse pickup through our courier partner, who will collect the order directly from your doorstep.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will thoroughly assess the items. If the issues you’ve reported are confirmed, we’ll promptly initiate a refund within 24 hours. Please be mindful that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
Cancellation Policy:
You now have a 5-hour window to cancel your order after placing it on the website, provided the items have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, kindly contact us at [email protected]
For any address or contact number changes, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order.
If you fail to cancel your order within the 5-hour window, cancellation will not be possible.
Prepaid orders canceled within 5 hours of placement will receive a full refund. The refund, credited to the original payment method, will be initiated within 7 business days. Please be mindful that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
General Terms & Conditions:
- Please note that once products have been opened or damaged, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for such items after they have been sold or delivered, as they cannot be reused.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- This policy does not cover damages resulting from negligence, improper usage, or incorrect application.
- DeeMee’S bears no responsibility for any damage occurring after the delivery of the products.
- Our product is formulated with well-researched ingredients. For your safety, we suggest doing a patch test before regular use. If you experience any irritation or notice red patches, kindly discontinue the product.
